OPEM: Open Source PEM Cell Simulation Tool
Abstract
OPEM is an open-source modeling tool for evaluating proton-exchange membrane fuel cells. It combines static and dynamic models that accept operating variables and cell parameters, predict the performance of PEM fuel cells, and produce CSV, HTML, and OPEM outputs. The package is implemented in Python and provides a platform for collaborative development of PEM fuel-cell models.
